This is a party sized recipe for all you Harry Potter fans! After I finished the butterbeer I put mine in a crockpot on warm so that party guests could enjoy and serve themselves!
4 liters cream soda
8 tbsp salted cream butter
8 tbsp brown sugar
4 cups heavy whipping cream
Begin by boiling the cream soda. Melt the salted butter with the brown sugar. Once they are combined pour them into the boiling cream soda. Add the heavy whipping cream. Begin adding the Werther’s Originals one at a time, stirring constantly, until absorbed. Serve warm.
