2 3-ounce packages of jello (any flavor or combination of flavors)

3 packets of unflavored gelatin

3 cups boiling water

Mix the jello with unflavored gelatin, boiling water, and stir until dissolved. Pour into a 9×11 dish and put into the refrigerator until set (about 2 hours). Budget friendly tip: Most major stores carry store brand gelatin for about 1/3 of the cost of Knox.

Once the jello is set, cut it out with your favorite cookie cutters.
